The city of Williamsburgh, along with neighboring Bushwick was annexed into Brooklyn with sugar refineries, shipbuilding ports and brewerys dotting the landscape. Williamsburgh Brewery was one of such breweries with only a short lifespan of 1875 to 1890. It was founded in 1875 at 170-184 Scholes St and later opened a saloon at 47 Prince St. The brand was relatively short lived as the brewery closed permanently in 1890. The address on Scholes was replaced with public housing and the property on Prince, an exit ramp for the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Today most of the manufacturing is gone but not the vibrancy as it is well known and thriving artists community. Relive the German neighborhood roots with this beautiful lager glass from an original image digitally edited and restored. .: 16oz (0.473 l) .: Clear glass .: BPA free .: Hand wash only
